If I cancel my reservation, when will I receive a refund?

We understand that sometimes your travel plans change. We do not charge a change or cancel fee. However, some properties impose penalties to its customers that we are required to pass on. Our service fee included in the total is non-refundable. We do not charge any additional change or cancellation fees.
